Welcome to your best tennis! Our TENNIS ZONE 101 (4 session) program introduces you to the great forever sport and turns you into a player in just 4 weeks. Here you will learn via a pathway that starts with low compression balls to enhance your confidence and control. You will learn the rules, the scoring system and all you need to play on your own! You will make friends along the way with an introduction to our other signature programs and a fun social mixer event to celebrate your new skills!

Our TENNIS ZONE 102 (8 sessions) adult instructional program is a series of level-based classes to keep you having fun, becoming competitive and most importantly progressing fast to keep up with your friends or children! TENNIS ZONE 102 targets your tennis with a holistic approach to training – focusing on the tactical and the technical but also the mindset angle. Our certified coaches will teach you all the necessary shots and strategies to get your game to the next level. Get your game in the ZONE and get the edge you deserve.
ZONE 102 is designed for ZONE 101 graduates and players rated 2.1-2.5 (intermediate beginner). We will use low-compression orange balls to start progressing to yellow balls in the final weeks. See how quick you progress!

A high-performance program at Legend Oaks! delivered with our signature "Kare | Performance | Impact" - This junior tennis program is for our yellow ball athletes ages 11-18 who are involved in middle/high-school match play and who may consider USTA/UTR/WTN tournaments. These athletes have their sights set on Junior
(Ages 11-18) Finally! These athletes have their sights set on Junior Varsity and Varsity high school competition. Concepts of sport, movement cycle, defined space, partner-based cooperative and competitive skills, tactics, and technique are covered. In addition, our KPI PREP athletes will learn invaluable concepts of mental stability, toughness, resiliency and even injury prevention in our two hour sessions.
