 Welcome to your best tennis! Our TENNIS ZONE 101 (4 session) program introduces you to the great forever sport and turns you into a player in just 4 weeks. Here you will learn via a pathway that starts with low compression balls to enhance your confidence and control. You will learn the rules, the scoring system and all you need to play on your own! You will make friends along the way with an introduction to our other signature programs and a fun social mixer event to celebrate your new skills! Racquet included and yours to keep! 

WEDNESDAYS

 Our TENNIS ZONE 102 adult instructional program is a series of level-based classes to keep you having fun, becoming competitive and most importantly progressing fast to keep up with your friends or children! TENNIS ZONE 102 targets your tennis with a holistic approach to training – focusing on the tactical and the technical but also the mindset angle. Our certified coaches will teach you all the necessary shots and strategies to get your game to the next level. Get your game in the ZONE and get the edge you deserve. ZONE 102: Momentum is designed for ZONE 101 graduates and players rated 2.1-2.5 (intermediate beginner). We will use low-compression orange balls to start progressing to yellow balls in the final weeks.  

 SINGLES & DOUBLES DRILL

Combines fast paced, high-intensity doubles strategies with quick partner switches, and ever-changing experiences curated by our expert coaches every time. Play here to improve your doubles tactical game and repeat the proven strategies that will make you a better partner. This class is for players who can play points and have an understanding of competitive game situations. If you play league tennis, YOU ARE READY!

 Welcome to tennis! Our Adult Red Ball social introduces you to the great forever sport and turns you into a player in just 1 session! Here you will learn with low compression balls and smaller- sized racquets to enhance your confidence and control. You will be introduced to the rules, the scoring system and all you need to play on your own!  

Adult Red Ball sessions are also perfect for GROUP EVENTS; birthday parties, mom outings, homeschoolers, young professionals, couples night out, work team building.

 FUN, HEALTHY & SOCIAL! Reach out to plan and elevate your EVENT.  

CLASSES DROPPING WEEKLY

 The perfect blend of tennis and fitness or is it fitness and tennis? Intensity and ultra-fast paced action take center stage in this drill. Here you will experience the ultimate mix of cardio-focused drills and lightning-quick point play. SURGE is also known as Cardio Tennis, but without the non-tennis activities, just hitting tennis balls and playing points. AND the coach's insane playlist. Great for players rated 2.6-3.0 and 3.1-3.5.

 This 1.5-hour experience combines the best concepts of our fast paced BOOST program with coach-led match play. The best of both worlds – where you drill and perfect your tactical singles and doubles point play to then immediately apply it in actual coached match play. BOOST AND Play brings friends together in this weekly social event. This class is for players who can play points and have an understanding of competitive game situations. If you play league tennis, YOU ARE READY!  LEVELS 2.6-3.0 and 3.1-3.5  clinics available.

CLASSES DROPPING WEEKLY

 A great way to introduce our athletes ages 6-12 to the sport of a lifetime.”  Concepts of sport, movement, partner-based activities, cooperative skills, beginning concepts of competition... and of course FUN are covered in our one hour session.
